England’s cricket tours down under haven’t exactly been the stuff that dreams are made of in recent years, but with a fresh start under Chris Silverwood and a good start in New Zealand and South Africa in winter 2019, all roads lead to Australia. The Ashes is the biggest test series of them all and Joe Root and his men are desperate to win back the urn from the Aussies in their own back yard.
At this point, Cricket Australia Travel Office have communicated to us that it’s unlikely that the Australian government will open their borders at all in 2021 and therefore they are not currently intending to run a travel program for the 2021-22 Ashes Series for international based supporters.
If the situation should change then they will communicate to us the steps that can be taken for a program to be operated late in the process and we will then be in a position to help UK supporters with their travel arrangements.
Whilst we know it is unlikely that UK supporters will be able to travel, we can of course keep you up to date with any late changes to the plans and our future cricket tours. Register your details with us now and we will keep you up to date with any changes and news as they happen.
