Planning & safety
The boring bits, done brilliantly.
Everything a school needs to say yes with confidence: the documents, the protections and the people.
How it works
From first conversation to final headcount.
Every trip starts with a conversation about your group: who’s travelling, when your term allows, and what the trip needs to achieve. We build the itinerary around that, and you’ll have one named person who owns it from start to finish.
The paperwork comes to you, not the other way round: risk assessments and responsibility statements are prepared for you to share with your school and parents.
Families pay us directly, in instalments, with a clear final-payment date, so the trip never runs through school accounts and no teacher ever has to chase money.
Either way
What you get from a bonded tour operator
ATOL and TTA protection on every penny paid, from the moment it leaves the account
A written statement of who is responsible for what, issued before you commit
Instalments collected from families directly by us, so nobody at the school is chasing money
One named account manager in the UK, not a call centre. We don’t have one
Questions principals ask
How do families pay?
A first deposit of £395 per person secures the place, then equal instalments through to 31 January 2027. We collect directly from families on that schedule, so nobody at the school is chasing money.
What does the parents’ package actually include?
The same flights, hotel, transport and wrap party as the dancers, plus an official game day ticket covering all three matches. The welcome reception, the rehearsals and the Starbucks credit are for dancers only.
Can we extend the trip?
Yes, and plenty do. Extra nights, onward travel in the States, upgraded flights, hotels or game tickets, shows and excursions, all priced on request.
What are the rooms like?
Prices are based on four sharing. Triple, double and single occupancy are available with the supplements listed above.
Who is responsible for the dancers?
Your chaperones, under your own Trips & Visits and safeguarding policies, and we set that out in writing before you book, so there is no ambiguity. We are the tour operator and Leap X run the performance operation.
A question we haven’t answered?Ask it directly. A person replies, quickly.
